Check-in at P&O Ferries Passenger Terminal in Rotterdam Port (Europort) April 23rd, 2013.
Upon check-in April 23rd, bring your passport and booking confirmation.
Check- in:
• Check-in opens: 09.00
• Embarkation: 10.00
• Welcome coffee: 10.30 in the exhibition area, sponsored by Stena RoRo
• Conference begins: 12.00
• Check-in to cabins: During the afternoon April 23rd. In the meantime
your luggage will be stored safely onboard.
Travel Information
By Train
The Hispeed train from Schiphol Airport Amsterdam to Rotterdam Central station, takes 30 minutes.
By Car
The terminal in Europort is located approximately 24 miles from the centre of Rotterdam. On approaching Rotterdam, follow the signs for “ Europort”. In the Europort area, just follow the signs “England and P&O Ferries”. The dock number of P&O Ferries is 5805. Free parking at the port of terminal in Europort.
By Bus
Buses will departure from the hotels April 23rd 09.00 to the terminal, free of charge. Information available at the reception desk at the hotels.
