Information given includes contract price, classification, dimensions, capacity, machinery, speed/consumption, supplier's list etc. Together with this documentation, the unique features of each single construction are emphasised in an adjacent article text. As an update from our Best Practice article in ShipPax STATISTICS 06, we are here giving a list of new features seen on passenger and ro-ro vessels recently which adds to a design impression and/or revenue.Published every year in October, DESIGNS is primarily an overview of ferries, cruise liners and ro-ro vessels, completed or converted world-wide during the previous July-June period. DESIGNS covers the technical and design side of the passenger shipping industry. Naval architects, interior designers, operators, ship owners, equipment suppliers etc enjoy DESIGNS year after year as an essential reference work.
